DIRECTIONS: BRING 7 CUPS WATER TO A ROLLING BOIL. WHISK IN CHILI MIX AND 1 CAN (6oz.) TOMATO PASTE. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND SIMMER UNCOVERED 20-25 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
FOR VARIETY: ADD COOKED AND DRAINED GROUND BEEF, STEW MEAT, CHICKEN OR ITALIAN SAUSAGE. FOR A GREAT BEAN DIP, DECREASE WATER BY 2 CUPS.
